Our Return Policy
If you have an issue with a product we will do our best to take care of the problem quickly. Please carefully read our Return Policies below to help us make the process as smooth as possible. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns. Contact Customer Care to request your RMA at email@example.com or call 800-710-4304, Monday-Friday from 9am-8pm ET and Saturday-Sunday from 12pm-6pm ET. Because we process orders so quickly, we are not able to cancel or make changes to existing orders.
- All returns must have an RMA number
- All returns must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase, regardless of best-buy date on packaging.
- If possible, please send photos of damaged items to expedite your return.
- Merchandise must be unused and in original packaging
- Refunds may only be issued to the original form of payment. Your credit card company may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account.
- Gift recipients may only return their gift for a gift card
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable
- Products purchased at our Williamsburg retail store may only be returned at the store. Returns meeting the above conditions will be processed by La Tienda within approximately 10 business days of receipt at our facilities.
