Bocadillo Sandwich Kit from La Tienda

I love this idea. Basically back in Europe, this kind of sandwich is a staple. Bocadillo rolls, serrano jam and good cheese. It’s simple but oh so good!

La Tienda is capitalizing on it by making one you can have ordered and ship right to you. Your own little sandwich kit. It has the real ingredients straight from Europe so you know the quality is authentic.

That said, it tastes just like I remember when I flew to Europe. I love the idea that I can actually make a few of them with the kit too. But I pile it high so I can’t make too many! I also, did my own variant of toasting the bread, but that’s up to you.
