Jamón Ibérico is Spain's signature ham, made from free-range Ibérico pork. This Ibérico ham is aged for two years in the mountains of Spain. Serve on a warm plate with good bread and your favorite fine wine.
This selection also includes sliced, dry-cured Ibérico lomo or cured loin. This delectable pork is seasoned with smoked paprika and sea salt and cured for 3 months to develop a deep crimson color and lightly smoky flavor.
We've included a third version of the Ibérico cured meat, longaniza sausage. This dry-cured sausage is seasoned with garlic and smoked paprika, for a savory meat that is perfect with a glass of dry red wine.
