These croquetas are prepared with salt cod and caramelized onions, balancing salty and sweet. They are frozen and ready for you to prepare at home. Chef Senén González was raised at his parents’ restaurant in the País Vasco (Basque Country). He started Sagartoki to create exceptional pintxos and tapas. Twice he has won the award for the Best Tapa in Spain, and his tortilla española won a national competition. Now he presents his exceptional tapas for you to enjoy at home, including these delicious croquetas.

Ingredients
Whole milk, sunflower oil, extra virgin olive oil, corn flour, cod, bovine gelatin, dextrose, breadcrumbs (corn starch, corn rice, yeast, inverted sugar syrup, guar gum, hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose, and di- and polyphosphates as stabilizers, sodium carbonate), blue cheese (pasteurized cow’s milk, salt, microbial rennet, dairy cultures, calcium chloride and mold cultures), onion, potato starch, salt and flavors.
Contains milk and cod.
