Spanish Bloody Mary Recipe
One of our favorite cocktails is a Spanish Bloody Mary made with dry sherry. The sherry adds a salty, savory, almost umami taste which raises it far above an average bloody. It’s a perfect drink for many occasions including brunch, lunch or late afternoon!

Preparation

STEP 1

Combine all ingredients except garnishes in a small pitcher or other suitable container. Stir and refrigerate until chilled, at least 2 hours.

When ready to serve, stir well and pour into 2 glasses. Add another small pinch of hot smoked paprika or piment d’espelette pepper on the top and garnish with lemon wedges and banderillas - spicy pickle skewers or your choice of one of our other cocktail garnishes
