Creamy and sweet bonbons with a touch of strawberry, what could be better! Delicate figs are stuffed with rich white chocolate truffle flavored with a touch of natural strawberry. Then they are dipped in a thin shell of white chocolate to create an irresistible bite of heaven.

The first time we tried these bonbons, it reminded us of eating fresh strawberries and cream. Now we keep a box of these little delights in the refrigerator so we can enjoy a slightly sinful treat at a moment's notice!

Raquel and Señador Valero first created Rabitos Royale while living among the fig trees of a small village in southwestern Spain. They choose only the most tender young figs from the groves so that they are delicately sweet and add just a touch of texture to the bonbons. Each individual Rabito bonbon is sealed in a foil wrapper so that it will always taste as fresh as the day they were made.

A box of white chocolate Rabitos is a delightful alternative to the usual box of chocolates. What a wonderful way to eat a healthy fig! (A great rationalization when you reach for your third one!)

These high quality chocolates have been tested and are well below the limits for substances with potential health concerns outlined in California’s stringent Prop65 requirements.
