Trias is a bakery located in a town north of Barcelona. It was founded in 1908 by Juaquim Trias and the company is famed throughout Spain for making Catalunya's signature cookies.
Ingredients
Biscuit (50%): wheat flour, sugar, cream, pasteurized egg yolk, egg white, salt and natural lemon flavoring. Chocolate (50%): sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter and natural orange flavoring.
Contains no preservatives or coloring.
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, store in airtight container and consume within 7 days.
