Crisp wafer cookies stuffed with dark chocolate, then dipped in even more dark chocolate, what's not to love! These delicious cookies are all natural, from the roasted cocoa beans to the fresh cream and eggs. Serve with a cup of hot coffee or tea.
Trias cookies are made in a bakery north of Barcelona. It was founded in 1908 by Juaquim Trias and the family company is famed throughout Spain for making Catalunya's signature cookies.
Ingredients
Dark chocolate (72%): cocoa mass, sugar and cocoa butter. Biscuit (28%): wheat flour, sugar, cream, pasteurized egg yolk, egg white, salt and natural lemon flavoring.
Contains no preservatives or coloring.
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, store in airtight container and consume within 7 days.
