Ventalls Choc cookies are light crisp triangles filled with intensely flavorful dark chocolate. These delicious cookies follow a century old recipe using all natural ingredients like cream, eggs, cocoa and natural lemon.
Trias was founded in 1908 by Juaquim Trias and the family company is famed throughout Spain for making Catalunya's signature cookies. Serve with your favorite coffee or tea.
Ingredients
Biscuit (50%): wheat flour, sugar, cream, pasteurized egg yolk, egg white, salt and natural lemon flavoring. Chocolate (50%): sugar, cocoa paste and cocoa butter.
Contains no preservatives or coloring.
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, store in airtight container and consume within 7 days.
