roasted piquillos are the queen of peppers. And our plump Manzanilla olives stuffed with mild anchovy are a crisp umami bomb. All three are the finest examples of their kind in Spain, and why we selected them for our house Peregrino brand.
Peregrino means ‘pilgrim’ in Spanish, and we think of ourselves as food pilgrims, traveling the byways of Spain to find exceptional foods made by incredible people. We seek out small family-owned and women-owned suppliers to produce our foods. A portion of the proceeds benefits the American Pilgrims on the Camino, which supports the Camino de Santiago, the ancient hiking trail across Spain that winds through hundreds of towns and villages.
These products do not come packed in a gift box and will not be packed separately from other products in your order.
Ingredients
Bonito del Norte tuna: White tuna, olive oil and salt.
Piquillo Peppers: Piquillo peppers, salt and citric acid as acidulant.
Anchovy Olives: Green Manzanilla olives, water, anchovy paste 6% (anchovies, water, sodium alginate (a stabilizer)), salt, citric acid (an acidulant), ascorbic acid (an antioxidant).
