They eat only non-GMO feed and are certified Halaal. The result is a delicious quail, renowned for flavor and tenderness.
The quail will arrive frozen. Simply thaw in the refrigerator, season and prepare. We like to add them to paella with broad beans and wild mushrooms. They are also delicious chargrilled, roasted or stewed.
The USDA recommends cooking all whole cuts of meat to 145°F as measured with a food thermometer placed in the thickest part of the meat.
