Chef José Andrés traveled Spain looking for examples of iconic foods from his home country. This premium Picual extra virgin olive oil is produced by Casas de Hualdo in Toledo for his private label. Harvested at the peak of ripeness, the purple-black olives are cleaned and first cold pressed just hours after harvesting to preserve the flavor and healthy properties of the oil.
