Palacios chorizo sausage is aged in the beautiful wine region of La Rioja. These links of all-natural chorizo have a softer bite than other Palacios sausages which makes them great for cooking in wine or paella. They are seasoned with sweet smoked Spanish paprika - Pimentón de la Vera.
These chorizos are fully dry-cured and ready to eat with your favorite cheese and wine, or a chunk of crusty bread. Each package contains 4 links, each about 3 inches long.
Animal welfare is important to our family-owned company. Palacios chorizo is made from humanely raised pork, certified by Bienestar Animal Welfare Spain.
Pork, paprika, salt, garlic, and pork's natural casing. All natural. No nitrates or nitrites, preservatives or artificial colors. Certified humanely raised pork.

These cured chorizos can be eaten straight out of the package. Slice and eat, no cooking needed.
When opened, these chorizos will keep for 3 weeks in the refrigerator. Unopened, they can be stored up to 6 weeks at room temperature, up to 2 months in the freezer and indefinitely in the refrigerator.
Small white dots of mold on the exterior of cured chorizos are not uncommon and can be wiped off using a cloth dampened with cooking oil. Product with green or black mold should not be consumed.
