Chocolate Orgániko is a small workshop founded by a young couple, María Eugenia Pozo and Carlos Ortiz, in the outskirts of Madrid. Their mission was to source the finest beans and create an exceptional line of organic chocolates.

At Chocolate Orgániko they begin with 100% organic Trinitario cacao beans grown in the Dominican Republic and surrounding Caribbean Islands. This special bean is a hybrid between the rare Criollo bean and the more common Forastero bean. The resulting cacao is regarded as the finest in the world.

The artisans at Chocolate Orgániko search far and wide for the finest organic ingredients, and their commitment to quality shows in every bit of this delicious chocolate.

These high quality chocolates have been tested and are well below the limits for substances with potential health concerns outlined in California’s stringent Prop65 requirements.
