These La Cala Marcona almonds are fried in extra virgin olive oil, then tossed with a special aperitivo flavor blend including paprika and sea salt. Famed chef Albert Adrià helped create the recipe to include with his signature line.
Perfect with a glass of wine or vermouth, these almonds are bursting with umami flavor.
Chef Albert Adrià works with famed roaster Cas Gispert in Barcelona, founded in 1851. This venerated roaster chooses only the finest nuts and prepares them in small batches, just as they have done for over 150 years.
