  • Pasture-raised Spanish Ibérico pork
  • 3 cuts of premium pork
  • Juicy and delicious
  • Grill or sear in an iron skillet

This trio of juicy, tender Ibérico pork is made for the grill. Spain’s premium pasture-fed pork has a deep, rich flavor and beautiful marbling, making it meltingly delicious.

The parrilla, or charcoal grill, is central to Spanish cuisine. And free-range Ibérico pork is arguably the finest meat for grilling. Sizzle these fine meats to perfection, and enjoy them with crusty bread and a glass of Spanish wine.

Ibérico pork is from pigs indigenous to Spain. They live their whole lives wandering the forests of western Spain. Their forage diet and plentiful exercise provide the beautiful marbling and intense flavor that makes Ibérico the world's finest grilling pork.

Ibérico grilling pork cuts included in this combo:

Presa Ibérica - Pork Shoulder Steak (1-1.5 pounds) - This cut of tender, marbled pork is nicknamed "the other red meat." Thick and juicy, but leaner than the other cuts, season it with salt and pepper and grill to medium rare for tender slices.

Secreto Ibérico - Pork Skirt Steak (0.7-1 pound)- This juicy cut tastes like a marriage of bacon and steak. Sizzle this thin cut over medium-high heat on the grill and let the fats melt and bathe the pork in delicious flavor.

Solomillo Ibérico - Pork Tenderloin (0.6-1 pound)- This is what a tenderloin is supposed to taste like! This cut is leaner than the others, with a tender bite and complex flavor that puts all other tenderloins to shame.

The USDA recommends cooking all whole cuts of meat (including pork) to 145° F as measured with a food thermometer placed in the thickest part of the meat.
