This duo of croquetas features two of Spain’s favorite cured meats, Serrano ham and chorizo sausage. With a golden breadcrumb crust and a creamy interior, croquetas are one of Spain’s favorite tapas. Now you can enjoy these delicious hot croquetas at home.

Ham and chorizo croquetas are next to impossible to bring into the U.S. because of import regulations. So, a group of Spanish friends decided to prepare their beloved croquetas in the U.S. using imported Serrano ham and chorizo sausage. We think their croquetas are as good as any we have eaten in Spain.

Your croquetas will arrive frozen in two separate packs. Heat up some vegetable oil, fry for 3 1/2 minutes and you will be enjoying piping hot croquettes in no time.

Ingredients

Serrano Ham Croquetas: Milk, enriched bleached flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamine, riboflavin, folic acid), Serrano ham (pork ham, sea salt, sugar, potassium nitrate, sodium nitrite and sodium ascorbate), liquid margarine (margarine-like vegetable oil spread fat free liquid with salt), white bread [enriched wheat flour (flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron (ferrous sulfate, reduced iron)) thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid], water, yeast, salt, soybean oil, sugar, malt, dough conditioners (ascorbic acid, calcium sulfate, sodium stearoyl lactylate) calcium propionate (preservative), breading mix (bread, cornbread, dry mix prepared with 2% milk, 80% margarine and eggs) onion, salt, gelatin. Chorizo Croquetas: Milk, chorizo (pork, paprika, salt, garlic and pork's natural casing), enriched bleached flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamine, riboflavin, folic acid), liquid margarine (margarine-like vegetable oil spread fat free liquid with salt), white bread [enriched wheat flour (flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron (ferrous sulfate, reduced iron)) thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid], water, yeast, salt, soybean oil, sugar, malt, dough conditioners (ascorbic acid, calcium sulfate, sodium stearoyl lactylate) calcium propionate (preservative), breading mix (bread, cornbread, dry mix prepared with 2% milk, 80% margarine and eggs) onion, salt, gelatin.
