Infused with a delicious combination of pork, fresh scallions, onion and pimentón (paprika), Choripaisa are a Colombian variety of cured pork sausages.
The combination of fresh ingredients and spices make them a great appetizer for your next barbecue. They are fantastic grilled or sauteed and make a great addition to any recipe calling for a chorizo style cured sausage.
Your chorizo will arrive cold. It can be stored in the refrigerator for up to one week or for up to 8 weeks in the freezer.
