Add the authentic flavor of Argentina to your grill! These tasty little sausages are ready to be cooked 'a la parilla' over charcoal, or in a cast iron skillet. Mildly seasoned with garlic, they are not spicy. Serve with fresh bread and a big spoonful of chimichurri sauce.

We work with a small family sausage maker that uses a classic recipe from Argentina. Your chorizo will arrive cold. It can be stored in the refrigerator for up to one week or for up to 8 weeks in the freezer.
