Cuban-style butifarra is fantastic on the grill - plump, juicy sausages with a nice garlic kick. Unlike other Latin sausages, there is no spicy burn, just pure sausage flavor.

In Cuba, butifarra is usually cooked on the grill or in the skillet. It is often served with rice and plantains, or with good bread - think of a Mambo version of the hot dog!

Our sausage maker produces these butifarras Cubanas in the U.S. from an authentic Cuban recipe. You can keep the sausages in the refrigerator for up to a week, or in the freezer for up to two months. Cook to an internal temperature of 160 degrees Fahrenheit.
