Jamón Serrano is Spain's most enjoyed ham, sliced thin and served with wine, or added to sauteed vegetables and Spanish recipes. This reserve 24 month aged boneless Jamón Serrano is perfect for slicing and great for storing for later use.
Monte Nevado is a family company that was founded in 1898 in Segovia. Over this long history they have perfected their craft, creating a top quality Serrano ham with balanced curing and excellent marbling.
Jamón Serrano literally means 'mountain ham' and Monte Nevado is a member of the Consorcium of Jamón Serrano which guarantees the quality of each ham. These hams were cured for two full years, after which the bone is removed. The careful oversight of the Monte Nevado ham master means that each Jamón is cured long enough to for a consistent, firm texture and full ham flavor.
You can slice your Monte Nevado ham in a mechanical slicer - we recommend you slice it well chilled for consistent results. You can also cut your ham into pieces to share with friends or store for future use. Remember to always keep your boneless ham in the refrigerator.

Use and Care
Store your boneless jamón in the refrigerator, wrapped in plastic or butcher paper.
Boneless hams can be divided into pieces or can be sliced with an electric slicer. Prior to using an electric slicer, we recommend putting the ham in the freezer for about 20 minutes to make it easier to slice. Extra pieces can be vacuum sealed, or tightly wrapped, and stored in the refrigerator for 4 to 6 weeks.
Small white spots are amino acids found in aged meat and cheese products and are perfectly safe to eat.
Serve the slices at room temperature.
