This delicious sauce brings a tangy, smoky flavor to chips, canned seafood and sandwiches. This blend of wine vinegar and pimentón de La Vera smoked paprika, plus a touch of black pepper, is part of famed chef Albert Adrià’s curated collection of classic Spanish foods called La Cala.

Chef Albert Adrià sources this tasty sauce from Ferrer, a family business founded in 1964 in Sant Llorenç de Morunys, in the foothills of the Spanish Pyrenees.


Wine vinegar (sulfites), bittersweet paprika, black pepper and thickener (xanthan gum).
