You can easily order now to ship your order at a later date on our website. Simply select a date on our 'Shipping & Billing Information' page in the Shopping Cart. We will email you a tracking number on the day that the order is shipped. We won't charge your credit card until the order is processed.

We pride ourselves on how quickly we fill our orders, which go out within a day and often on the same day you place the order. The only exception would be during a rare weather event, or during extremely busy times. If you need your order by the weekend, you may need to take advantage of our Saturday delivery services, which are available at certain times on our website as they are necessary (see SHIPPING OPTIONS above). If your order has perishable items and our normal service won't guarantee arrival before the weekend we may hold your order until the next week.

Saturday Delivery service is available on our website on days when it is applicable. Sorry, UPS doesn't deliver on Sundays.

Shipping charges are based on UPS shipping rates plus the cost of carefully packing your order.

Jamon.com and La Tienda currently ship Jamones only to the U.S.

We accept checks or money orders by mail. If you are ordering by check or money order,follow the normal procedures for ordering online. On the last page of the ordering process, you will be given a full invoice of your order including shipping which you can print and send with your check or money order. Otherwise, please call us at 800 710-4304.

The safe delivery of food from Spain to our customers is our top priority. To add a further level of security for our customers, LaTienda actively sought out C-TPAT certification.

LaTienda undergoes an annual audit to ensure that all C-TPAT processes and documentation are maintained.

The C-TPAT program was implemented by US Customs and Border Protection to ensure the secure transport of goods across US borders. Participation in C-TPAT means that LaTienda plays an active role in the war on terrorism. As border controls tighten, C-TPAT compliance ensures the swift shipment of our goods across international borders.
