Sturdily built with an attractive design, this ham holder will hold your jamon or paleta firmly in place while you slice ribbons of delicious ham for your friends. Designed to hold either the front or back legs, steel screws on both the top and the bottom of the holder grip the piece of meat while you 'play the violin' as they say in Spain.
Dark stain accents a well finished hardwood base and the stainless steel hardware will stand up to years of use. We particularly like the steel, u-shaped piece which lifts the ham off of the base of the holder, making the presentation a little cleaner and more striking.
