This unique ham, a limited production, is the epitome the Old World meeting the New. This piece offers the hand-crafted quality of an authentic jamón serrano, with the rich hickory smokiness of Virginia ham. Like a Serrano ham, it does not need to be cooked, simply slice thinly and serve.

Beginning with heritage Berkshire pork, a breed known for its flavor, it is salt-cured in the Spanish tradition for over nine months, then smoked in the Virginia style for several more months. Every ham is cured at minimum for four hundred days. (more info)
