This limited production ham is produced in Surry Virginia, famous for artisan hams.

It is a wonderful blend of the two traditions, the serrano ham of Spain, which is salt cured for over nine months; and the Virginia Country Ham, which is smoked.

This unique ham is made using heritage Berkshire pork, a fattier breed which lends the ham more flavor. Each ham is cured for a minimum of 400 days.
