Campofrío is the largest meat producer in Spain. Their premiere product is this delicious Jamón Serrano, which is cured in their facility in Burgos for 14 months in a monitored, ideal climate. Because it is aged for four months less than our Redondo Iglesias Serrano ham, the Campofrío bone-in Serrano is milder and softer.
