This Black Label Reserva ham by Redondo Iglesias is a true jamon serrano imported from Spain, lean and salt-cured for 14 to 18 months in Spain. You will love its rich, nutty flavor.

After curing and importation, the Reserva ham is hand-sliced by a local Virginia smokehouse owner. This ensures that the slices stay flavorful and fresh. Once packaged, we apply our house Peregrino label – a symbol of its quality handling. (more info)
