Serrano Ham with Crusty Bread

Servings: 6

Ingredients:

300 gr Serrano ham
150 gr thickly-sliced, crusty bread
2 ripe tomatoes
2 fresh garlic cloves
Olive oil

Preparation:

Cut the Serrano ham into thin, short slices. Lightly toast the bread, then rub with a little garlic and tomato and sprinkle with olive oil. Arrange the Serrano ham on the slices of bread.
