Ingredients:
12 slices of Serrano ham
200 gr fresh spinach pasta
2 garlic cloves, peeled and crushed
4 tbsps olive oil
Salt and freshly-ground black pepper
Chives
Preparation:
Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water until 'al dente'. Drain and rinse with cold water. Heat the oil in a frying-pan and fry the garlic until golden. Add the pasta to the pan and stir lightly. Season and remove from the heat. Spread out the slices of Serrano ham on a tabletop and place 2 tbsps of pasta on each one. Wrap the pasta in the ham forming little bags and tie with a few chives.
